Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of TotaPro, a workspace product operated by IT-Memo. By creating an account or using TotaPro, you agree to these terms.
TotaPro supports multiple app languages. These terms are maintained in English as the canonical version. If you need help in Dutch or another supported language, contact us and we will help.
Service
TotaPro provides workspace tools for tasks, projects, tickets, notes, agenda planning, inbox capture, billing, settings, and related workflow features. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and activity under your account. You must not use TotaPro for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or security-compromising activity.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, trial periods, and plan features are shown before checkout. Enterprise plans may be billed per seat. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
Trials, Cancellations, and Refunds
Trial availability may depend on the account or plan. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal when available. Unless required by law, paid subscription fees are not automatically refundable after a billing period starts.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you add to TotaPro. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, and operate that content as part of the service.
Availability
We aim to keep TotaPro reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party providers, and security events may affect access.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotaPro and IT-Memo are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using TotaPro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if payment fails, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
