TotaPro is a workspace product operated by IT-Memo. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.

TotaPro supports multiple app languages. This privacy policy is maintained in English as the canonical version. If you need help in Dutch or another supported language, contact us and we will help.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, workspace content you add to TotaPro, support messages, billing status, and technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

Payments

Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention data according to its own legal obligations and privacy terms.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide TotaPro, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate financial records. You can ask us to delete or correct your data where legally available.
